DESCRIPTION:Dr. Wyatt Smith\, (Affiliate Artist\, Organ and Harpsichord\, U
 niversity of Puget Sound) performs the complete Goldberg Variations (BWV 9
 88) in Wells Hall. September 9th\, at 8:00pm.  \n\nThis performance of the
  Goldberg Variations will be performed in Wells Hall\, to capture a more i
 ntimate experience of the music\, in keeping with the original intent of i
 ts composition. Wyatt and the harpsichord will be in the center of the roo
 m\; attendees are invited to sit in a 360 degree circle around the perform
 er\, or even to listen from the mezzanine.\n\nPlease join us for this amaz
 ing event. Bach’s music–alive to us nearly 300 years after its publica
 tion–reminds us that we are the inheritors of a rich legacy\, not only i
 n the vast beauty of the tradition of western art music\, but also in our 
 own small corner of the world\, maintaining our buildings at 310 North K S
 treet!\n\nThis benefit concert is part of the fundraising efforts of Chris
 t Church’s Daily Office Ministry in celebration of the rich historical l
