Samuel Libra, organist, plays music by Johannes Brahms, Jean-François Dandrieu, Élisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre, Fanny & Felix Mendelssohn, and Ethel Smyth on the renowned Brombaugh pipe organ. Mr. Libra is Associate Organist at St. James Cathedral in Seattle and a doctoral student in organ performance at the University of Washington, where his research focuses on symphonic and keyboard music of 19th-century France and Belgium.
