Greetings from your dean!

Thanks to all who attended the Tacoma AGO October meeting on Theological Tone Paintings in the 18 Great Chorales (Leipzig Chorales) of J.S Bach. And a huge thank you to David Dahl and Dana Robinson for providing the information on, and demonstration of these chorales.

Our next meeting will be on Saturday November 14 from 10:00-11:30am at Christ Episcopal Church.
I will talk about, show, and play several French Noëls, in particular those of Balbastre, Daquin, Franck and Guilmant. We will even take a scenic detour into Spanish repertoire.
Some of these pieces make wonderful preludes, postludes, or other organ music for the Christmas season, so come and explore some of this repertoire.
