Michael Kleinschmidt, Canon for Music at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Seattle, will offer a program of works by 17^th and 18^th century German Lutheran composers such as Michael Praetorius, Nikolaus Bruhns, Dieterich Buxtehude, and J. S. Bach. It will include settings for organ of melodies associated with hymns authored by Martin Luther and Elisabeth Cruciger, as well as dazzling free compositions.

First Lutheran Church offers the Soli Deo Gloria Series in observance of the 50th anniversary of Noack op. 83, and in memory of Andrew J. King.
