The St. Luke’s Chancel Choir will sing Choral Evensong for the Feast of Vida Dutton Scudder (transferred), an early twentieth century American educator, writer, and welfare activist. The music featured in the service include works by Brenda Portman, Maxine Thevenot, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Ola Gjeilo. Following Evensong, Jinshil Yi (Tacoma, WA) will perform the first recital on St. Luke’s Steinway B grand piano, featuring a variety of composers.
