The Executive Committee has approved the follow honorarium policy for chapter meetings.
The standard fee for non-member presenters is up to $200 per meeting, shared if there are multiple presenters on a program. Presenters who are members of the Tacoma AGO Chapter do not receive a fee. “Member” means all levels of membership, including dual and local membership. The board has the discretion to increase the fee for presenters coming from out of town. Facilities may receive up to a $150 honorarium for use of a building for a chapter meeting if requested by the organizer.
The AGO member organizing the event must submit a request for payment (in the For Members menu) for presenters and facilities if payment is needed.
