This popular picnic area is located at the tip of Point Defiance on Five Mile Drive.  Google maps understands the location “Gig Harbor Viewpoint” so it is easy to get there with GPS.  Alternatively, enter Point Defiance, follow signs for Five Mile Drive and then Gig Harbor Viewpoint.
