1) January meeting – Check in to make sure all is in order.
2) February meeting – Follow up on ideas that were floated at our prior meeting.
3) Begin conversation around the following points:
On cultivating connections – I think that the audience at Wesley Homes, mostly residents, is instructive. They were obviously interested, and very engaged. What other groups have a reciprocal interest in what TAGO can offer?
Community outreach/collaborations – Who else besides our membership could/should we be trying to reach? By what means? (Think students, young people, choral organizations, composers, other general public types.)
Membership outreach and involvement – Who are our members, what are they looking for, and how would they like to be involved?
What about non-members who are our colleagues and friends? (I have some ideas to share.)
