Join us for this month’s Third Friday Concert with organist Justin J. Murphy-Mancini, University Organist at Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma in a program of music from the earliest sources of organ music in German-speaking lands. Each of the pieces comes from a collection written in Old German Organ Tablature, a unique notation system used only by organists in the Holy Roman Empire. Featured composers include Ludwig Senfl, Hans Buchner, Arnolt Schlick, Paul Hofhaimer, and Fridolin Sicher.
