AGO visits Fritts Organ Builders to meet Opus 37

Paul Fritts and Opus 37On Saturday, April 9, the Tacoma and Seattle chapters gathered to see Opus 37, a large four-manual organ being built for the University of Notre Dame Basilica. Paul Fritts welcomed the group, and talked about the organ planning and construction, followed by questions from chapter members. Several members volunteered to play, filling the room with magnificent 16-foot sound. No trip to the Fritts shop would be complete without a delicious lunch provided by Barbara Pasi!
